JOB PURPOSE Support the end to end delivery and administration of the payrolls in EMEA. Effectively and collaboratively work with a team of administrators and advisors lead by the Payroll Manager Support providing an excellent service to all internal customers with a specific emphasis on employees. RESPONSIBILITIES Operational Efficiency Support day to day running of the EMEA payrolls, ensuring payroll schedules and deadlines are met Collate and input large volumes of data into excel and systems Act as a first point of contact for payroll administrative activities Provide support to the Advisors within the team Support resolving queries from employees and third parties adhering to SLA with a customer-oriented mindset Liaise with internal and external stakeholders as and when required Support processing employee and third party payments Ensure process documents and procedures are maintained and updated regularly Process Improvements Suggest and actively take part in process improvements Share best practices within the team Work closely with the Payroll team members and process owners to understand root causes Governance and Controls Responsible to execute payroll processes in line with the internal controls, policy, standards and guidelines Responsible for day to day maintenance of control documentation for administrative payroll tasks PERSONAL PROFILE Qualifications & Experience Fluent in German A level maths or equivalent Shared services experience - preferable but not essential Understanding of payroll end to end processes - preferable but not essential Working towards a payroll qualification - preferable but not essential Experience working with third party vendors and various payroll systems - preferable but not essential Skills Attention to detail Good numeracy skills Good communication skills both written and verbal Good organisational skills Ability to work accurately to tight deadlines Ability to escalate issues and seek advice when faced with complex problems
