Grants Advisory and Corporate Finance Senior

My client, based in Darlington, are looking for a Grants Advisory and Corporate Finance Senior to join their leading firm of accountants on a full time, permanent basis. As the successful candidate you will work within the grants advisory department of the Practice. You will work with a wide variety of clients ranging from SME's to large Multinationals to secure grant funding. Aside from this you will also work within the Corporate Finance department. This will involve working on forecasting, business plans and due diligence assignments across a variety of industrial sectors. You must be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified and ideally have experience working within an accountancy practice. Duties will include but are not limited to: Preparation of grant applications including completion of application forms, preparation of financial projections and outline business plan Appraisal of grant applications, including preparation of detailed appraisal reports Preparation of financial projections for a range of SME clients Development of business plans in support of fund raises Completion of grant claim audit work and preparation of independent accountants’ reports Salary up to £32,000 depending on experience 22 days holiday BH including the option to purchase 5 additional holidays per year.
