Overview
This is an opportunity to work for one of the most exciting companies in the mortgage sector right now - they are experiencing rapid growth and looking to grow a protection advisor team. You will get around 200 leads per month from the mortgage advisors. The company has a very casual environment, monthly socials, beers in the office on a Friday, and most importantly, a remarkably low staff turnover. They are looking for a protection advisor with the following experience; Building relationships with the mortgage advisors, clients and back office team Dealing with a high case volume At least 1 years experience as a protection advisor To become a member of the protection advisor team you must be able to; Bring ideas to the table Be able to work to deadlines Be self-motivating On offer is a perm role as a protection advisor, basic of 30K commission, progression and pay rises, free breakfast every day, brand new office, casual dress every day, workplace pension.
