Overview

Registered Children’s Home Manager West Midlands- Stafford & Rugeley Salary £32000-£34000 plus bonus dependant on KPI’s 37.5 hours per week -there is an on call rota that is shared between the other managers in the region. We are looking for qualified Registered Children’s Home Managers for 3 Homes in the West Midlands. The homes are 3-4 Bedroomed EBD Children’s Home (8-18 Years) Do you want to work for an amazing organisation who sets high standards and where quality of care is paramount? You will Amongst other duties Be responsible for the deployment and control of staff on a day-to-day basis, including reporting of issues of performance to line management. To be involved in the recruitment, monitoring, training, retention and mentoring as necessary. To ensure that all staff receive regular supervision. Establishing a programme of senior staff and team meetings to facilitate communication and provide opportunities for consultation and staff development. Manage finance & manage resources Required NVQ Level 5 Leadership & Management or working towards NVQ Level 3 Children and young peoples workforce Minimum of 2 years management and supervisory experience Are you up for the challenge?
