Recruitment Training Manager To £35k Bonus COMPANY A successful independent recruitment consultancy in the Commercial recruitment sector is looking for an ambitious Recruitment Training Manager to manage the training of its team from Consultant level through to Senior Management. ROLE The position involves the day to day training and development of this award-winning organisation. You will hold workshops with small groups as well as one to one coaching. You will also be expected to do training on the sales floor so should be confident enough to make calls yourself to show how it's done. PERSON You are likely to be an experienced recruiter with a track record of success in your chosen field and now looking to use that experience in a different way. All sectors of recruitment will be considered for this but the likelihood is you have worked within a white collar professional market and be used to dealing with senior level decision makers yourself. You may also already be a trainer or have trained and mentored previously and looking for a company with a fresh outlook and a conscientious and ambitious team. As you would expect the opportunity requires a confident, gregarious type who will be looking to motivate and cajole a team of people who will experience highs and lows on a daily basis. You are likely to be a graduate or of graduate calibre and should have a minimum of 5 years minimum in recruitment to be able to have gained the experience to pass on the team. PACKAGE Package is very flexible dependent on experience with a basic of circa 35k plus a generous bonus.
