Commercial Surveyor

An established surveying firm in Knutsford are looking for a Commercial Valuation Surveyor to join their Your new company Your new company is a well established surveying firm in the leafy town of Knutsford. The role will be varied and no day will be the same The main activities involved will be; Loan security valuations Business development Asset management What you'll need to succeed In order to succeed at this role, you will have experience in a similar position, producing commercial valuations following instructions. Be fully MRICS qualified - ideally also a Registered Valuer (or working towards this). You will have general practice experience, and providing lease agency and consultancy advice. You will also have good market knowledge of the larger Knutsford.
