Principal Mechanical Design Engineer required for Consultancy leading the way in Heritage projects UK-wide. An established Building Services Design Practice located in the heart of Hampshire are looking to recruit a Senior / Principal Building Services Engineer with a Mechanical bias. The practice has been operating for 20 years and its success is confirmed by securing repeat business from existing clients and by recommendation from respected professionals. Typical projects include: Castles Churches / Cathedrals Local Authorities English Heritage Crown Estate Country Mansions They are looking to strengthen their service offering by hiring a Senior / Principal Building Services Engineer with a Mechanical bias to support the Directors working on projects from initial client contact through to final account. The successful applicants will undertake a range of duties across all aspects of the M&E building services design process from developing concepts, to the production of detailed design solutions for a wide variety of building types; applicants should be able to demonstrate an appropriate level of academic and/or practical experience. They have the ability to offer the following range of services including: Building services consultants Historic buildings consultants Mechanical engineering services Electrical engineering services Listed building consultants Heritage Lottery Funded (HLF) Projects Design services to new and existing buildings Sustainability option studies Project management You must be able to work in the UK without restriction.
