Building Energy Management System Engineer (R-037397)

Permanent job for a BMS engineer with a global company based in Warrington. Your new company This is a large multi-disciplinary consultancy working across a range of sectors, including commercial, industrial, healthcare and education. They have a team of over 60 multi-discipline engineers out of which 14 are purely within the M&E team. Due to constant growth they are now looking for an Building Energy Management Engineer come and join their team in Warrington. Your new role You will be working alongside a team of M&E engineers, delivering mechanical building services specification for BEMS control systems. You will be helping in design and deliver tender documents. You will be involved in site surveys to make sure that the BEMS are installed as per the specification and are working correctly. What you'll need to succeed You will be degree qualified in Building Services or equivalent with previous experience working with BEMS. You will need to be able to design, trouble shoot, commission and test BEMS systems, as well as deliver reports on the performance and progress of projects. What you'll get in return In return you will receive a salary of between £35,000 - £45,000 depending on your experience. You will be working in a beautiful office located in one of the nicest business parks.
