Site Manager working on external works on domestic properties across Conwy Your new company Working for a Regional Contractor who have a scheme of works on a framework delivering external maintenance upgrades in North Wales Your new role You'll be managing a number of properties across the Conwy area so travelling will be required for the project. All works are on externals, so include, Rooflines, Guttering & Rendering You'll be managing the projects, supervising subcontractor works, completing paperwork, and ensuring the projects are completed within budget and programme What you'll need to succeed You'll have experience working on domestic maintenance works, specifically external works, and be confident in delivering these schemes of work You'll have SMSTS, 1st Aid & CSCS and your own transport. Mileage will be reimbursable for travel between site Ideally you'll reside in North Wales What you'll get in return This is a temporary role for a period of c.6 weeks.
