Overview

Your new role: You will need to provide electrical, HVAC and building services maintenance support on all buildings as part of a team. You must also be able to implement all electrical maintenance and corrective works on site in line with the specific procedures. Be able to test and inspect electrical installations as well as complete test sheets and routine rounds inspection sheets. Carry out refurbishment work that comes as a result from breakdowns or maintenance inspections. Carry out condition-based monitoring surveys and minor new works installations and testing. In order to succeed you will have 17th edition or C&G certificate or be in the process of completing the course Must be qualified to C&G 2360. Experience in a building service environment Be articulate, numerate and IT literate, as well as having good all-round knowledge of building services engineering and Facility Management. You will need to have good decision making/ communication skills and be self-motivated with an adaptable/ flexible approach. Ideally, you will have or be working towards obtaining C&G 2391 inspection and test of electrical installations. What you will get in return: You will be contracted to 37.5 hours per week, with the opportunity to do over-time at a higher rate (including weekends and bank holidays).
