Staff Nurse - Mental Health and Learning Disabilities Job Title: Staff Nurse - RMN or RNLD Mental Health and Learning Disabilities Rehabilitation Location: Near to Warrington Salary £31,083 - £36,619 per annum (up to £18.77 per hour) - negotiable depending on experience Hours: Full Time Shifts: Mixed Shifts days and Nights only completed in blocks - please be advised flexible working options may be available Contract: Permanent Further Details: An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Experienced qualified Registered Mental Health Nurse or Registered Learning Disabilities Nurse to join our Mental Health and Learning Disabilities Rehab and Recovery Service near to Warrington We are looking for enthusiastic RMN's or RNLD's to join the team on one of our 4 wards. Whether you're interested in working in our Male Autism Service, our Assessment and rehabilitation for women with mental health needs, our Specialist inpatient service for older men ( Mental Health ) or our Low secure care setting for men ( Mental Health and Mild Learning Disabilities ), you will find yourself in a warm supportive environment with a great team and amazing perks. Our dedicated training and development team are on site to help with any NVQ or development courses you would like to take to progress in your career free of charge. We appreciate what a hard job nurses have and so with this in mind we have visits from our holistic therapy team regularly at site allowing you to book appointments to come off the ward for free massages whilst at work. There are a minimum of 2 qualified nurses per ward working at any one time and you will be fully supported with a dedicated team always looking for talented nurses wanting to progress Shifts : Our shifts patterns run on a long week shirt week rota - our long week includes shifts on Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday and our short weeks are on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. The shifts alternate between the weeks. The days and nights will be completed in blocks so you are never working days and nights in the same week. We try to offer flexibility where possible and shifts are given with notice allowing you enough time to make sure you don't have to use your holiday for important appointments.
