Overview
A number of class 1 Drivers - HGV Drivers are required on a permanent basis for a major transport and logistics organisation to become part of their operation. Supporting their customer who are a leading UK manufacturer to distribute their goods throughout the UK. Based on a 48 or 50 hour week, on offer are day or night or 4 on, 4 off shifts to suit your lifestyle and family circumstances. ROLE: Class 1 Drivers LOCATION: Coalville BASIC SALARY: £ 26,356 - £31,824 SHIFTS: On offer are days, nights or 4 on and 4 off ROLE: Delivering our clients goods throughout the UK Ensuring all aspects of safety and customer site rules are adhered to Driving defensively and fuel efficiently at all times Ensuring all delivery and collection notes and paperwork are correct Providing accurate paperwork relevant to debriefing of allocated jobs Providing an exceptional standard of service to our customers EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Category CE driving licence Minimum 12 months class 1 driving experience on UK roads No more than 6 penalty points No driving convictions An understanding of the law relating to drivers hours regulations and tachograph Bonus points: Clean driving licence Up to date drivers CPC Great communication and organisational skills
