As a Product Specialist you will be the first line of support for large blue chip corporates using their software. Mainly supporting senior level executives on the client side, you will be working with a dynamic and collaborative team. Exceptional communication skills and an excellent phone manner are absolutely essential. Responsibilities: Providing exceptional, concierge-style customer service with impeccable attention to detail Advising users on product use and diagnosing reported issues over phone, email and chat Escalating relevant queries as necessary to 2nd/3rd line support Contributing to the firm-wide customer service strategy by adding to best practice policies Supplying key insights to the product development, sales and client services teams on feedback given by clients Requirements: A passion for technology and high-quality customer service is essential Totally committed to delivering top-quality service to clients Exceptional attention to detail Ability to act as an ambassador for the business, representing the firm in all communications Confident with great interpersonal skills and positive phone manner
