My Client is looking for a Cyber Security Operations Manager, this is for one of the leading MSPs in the country, you must have. MSSP experience Managing 24/7 SOC team a little about the role Manage the performance of direct reports providing coaching and guidance. Instil a high-performance culture in the wider team with a focus on team work, service excellence and ownership. Encourage open communication between team members, allowing the team to bring forward ideas on how they can collectively deliver a more effective service Through effective Stakeholder Management, support our Business owner, our Service Portfolio team and Security Intelligence Practice Lead in the Agile/Sprint development of new/improved services. Representing the team delivery capability, enabling the best possible customer experience during "in-life" operation Monitoring the quality of the delivery against SLA/KPI’s, driving through change as needed to deliver continual service improvement, managing both technical and hierarchical escalations effectively Work with HR and Learning & Development teams to ensure team members are skilled, trained and developed to enable them to deliver high quality service.
