Overview

QA Engineer - mobile, web and desktop (100% remote) My client are a team of cybersecurity experts, with engineers, product, data science and a sales team, building breakthrough technology that enable businesses of all sizes to obtain certification and maintain their ongoing standards compliance, from their clean, modern digital platform. You will need to: Be ambitious and adaptable Be product and value focused Collaborate & Iterate Support and guide the platform Learn from everyone Be generous with what you know Experience : 2 years in Quality Assurance, hands on experience with Mobile, Web and Desktop (Windows and OSX) testing Responsibilities: Testing Web, Desktop, iOS and Android application Automation Testing Deeply understand how all elements of the mobile, web and desktop components work together Regression, API, Black/Gray box testing Acceptance and Performance testing Develop black box/API test cases at the feature and product level Define quality metrics that provide visibility into the health of each product release Write clear, actionable bug reports Work closely with the engineering team to ensure quick turnaround on fixes Report on test execution, defect tracking and regression for project releases Skill Sets: Advanced knowledge of QA methodologies and tools Knowledge of API testing Experience in cross-platform client testing (iOS, Android, Desktop app, Chrome, IE, Safari, Firefox etc.) Knowledge of using Virtual Machines Experience in crafting test plans based on end-user scenarios Excellent trouble-shooting and analytical skills Knowledge of Android Studio, Xcode is a plus Deep desktop and mobile knowledge, you understand the eccentricities of different platforms and curious about learning about new ones Fluent in English Comfortable communicating cross-functionally QA Engineer - mobile, web and desktop (100% remote) InterQuest Group is acting as an employment agency for this vacancy.
