The role of Service Transition Analyst is really important to us. This role is responsible for ensuring the successful transition of new/changed services from design to live and coordinating activities to ensure technical operations and suppliers receive effective handover from Project to Production. Based in our dynamic Manchester office, you will sit amongst a team of 14 and report to the Service Introduction and Change Manager. What would your day look like? Formulating a comprehensive Service Design Document and ensuring that Transition activities are facilitating the projects requirements to ensure they are sufficiently handing over to live. Act as the gatekeeper for services entering operational support. Identifies and interfaces with key stakeholders to ensure efficient design of new services. Monitoring the design and transition process and ensure any issues are resolved in a timely manner. Provide a consistent and rigorous framework for evaluating the impact of project deliverables upon support models and end to end services. Manage and coordinate request management process for the involvement of service transition activity in project lifecycles. What do we expect of you? Previous experience of working within a Service Transition and Service Design role. Strong knowledge of project lifecycle, working with project managers in transitioning services into live. Strong communication skills to manage a variety of stakeholders across multiple locations. Experience in facilitating teams sourced from multiple departments/disciplines.
