Overview
Recruitment Administrator Up to £25,000 plus lots of benefits and career development An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Support Office in Beaconsfield for an individual who is looking to work for a successful, fast paced company that is rapidly expanding As our Recruitment Administrator you will support our Recruitment Partners with sourcing and screening candidates for our beautiful luxury care homes around the South East. You will closely monitor applicant numbers for vacancies and be pro-active with CV searching with the main objective of sourcing amazing candidates that live and breath our values, improve our time to hire and reduce our need to use recruitment agencies. Recruitment Administrator responsibilities: Main point of contact for candidates that apply to our homes or call in to the Support Office with queries Adding vacancies to our recruitment system (ATS) and job boards CV Searching Reviewing and shortlisting CVs for hourly paid roles within the agreed timeframe Responding to candidates on the ATS, sending rejection emails and setting up interviews Telephone interviewing, ensuring that candidates that are put forward to interview are in line with our values Delivering feedback to candidates that are not successful after interview, ensuring that all candidates are left with a positive outlook on Signature Monitor employee review sites and work with the Recruitment Partners to deliver a response Manage the recruitment mailbox, ensuring that candidates are being responded to in a timely manner To arrange and hold weekly updates with homes to review progress on roles Ongoing management on the ATS to ensure that data and vacancies are kept up to date Work with the rest of the recruitment team to evaluate what processes are working well and what processes need improvement Recruitment Administrator skills and knowledge: Essential: Flexible and willing to travel Inhouse or agency recruitment experience Excellent communication skills Strong IT skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel Excellent attention to detail Proactive and self-motivated Desirable: Recruitment market knowledge Volume Recruitment End to end Recruitment Experience CIPD or working towards Signature offers luxury care in a range of locations across London and the home counties.
