Overview
A small Wigan nursing home currently has a vacancy for a Clinical Lead Nurse RGN/RMN/RNLD to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. What the home is offering and details of this Clinical Lead Nurse RGN/RMN/RNLD position: • A permanent contract of 40 hours per week • Day shifts only • Great salary of £19.50 per hour (equates to NHS Band 7) • A great working environment in a fully CQC compliant home • A supportive working environment within a progressive company, where you will be supported to further develop your skills and progress your career As Clinical Lead Nurse (RGN/RMN), you will support the Registered Manager in the clinical and operational management of the home, delivering effective clinical leadership and line management to the team and playing a key role in the day to day running of the service. What our client is looking for in a Clinical Lead Nurse RGN/RMN/RNLD: • NMC registered Adult Nurse/RGN, Mental Health Nurse/RMN or Learning Disabilities nurse/RNLD • Current NMC registration • Demonstrate proven experience in an elderly and dementia care home setting • Experienced in a managerial or senior position in a clinical setting For further details, or to apply now, please follow the link provided.
