Occupational Health Screening Nurse - Part time - Inside IR35 Based in Portsmouth an Occupational Health Screening Nurse is required on a 12 month contract basis to work for a major defence client. This is an great opportunity to join a leading edge and exciting programme of work which does offer an excellent working environment. You'll be required to: You will be responsible for undertaking all aspects of Occupational Health assessments including fitness for work assessments, travel assessments and Health Surveillance. Conducting Pre-employment medical's / Assessments Drugs and Alcohol Screening Skills and Experience required: Previous experience in an occupational health role Registered General Nurse Level 1 including NMC registration Able to work as part of a team or independently Experience undertaking health surveillance e.g. audiometry, Hand Arm and Vibration Syndrome (HAVS) and lung function testing Evidence of up to date Continuing Professional Development (CPD) and willingness to engage in ongoing CPD Good communication skills and IT Literate The role is for Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday (07:30-16:15).
