Electrical Engineer (Projects) Lincoln £36,000 Optional Overtime Paid at Premium Rate 21 Days Holiday Bank Holidays Optional Call out Rota (Paying Additional Rates) Pension 8% employee/employer Great Further training and Development Opportunities Monday to Friday, 7.30am to 4pm. Electrical Engineer required for a growing manufacturer of special purpose products. Offering a role with a great opportunity for additional earnings and training/development. The Successful Electrical Engineer will be an experienced Electrical Engineer from any Industrial background, with a strong knowledge of the electrical workings of machinery. You will need a previous ‘Edition’, having an 18th edition will be advantageous. Those from a maintenance engineering background are encouraged to apply along with Ex Forces. The Electrical Engineer Role: Mostly working across projects and offering guidance/training for other members of the electrical team. Sometimes supporting with maintenance work, although the majority of this would be reactive maintenance, due to seniority. Taking ownership over the switchboard system. Leading and organising improvement/modification/commissioning projects. Working electrically with single & 3 phase electrics, HMI’s, Invertors, Motors and PLC fault finding. Selection and management of contractors. Specification/design, modification and implementation of electrical systems & upgrades to machinery/systems. Review and verify design documentation for project work. Ensuring electrical compliance regulations are being followed (Training provided for this).
