Assistant Reception Manager - luxury hotel - Worcester - Live in available We are recruiting for an Assistant Reception Manager to support the Reception Manager in leading the Reception team; taking responsibility for ensuring the delivery of high standards of service at the hotel, creating fantastic memories for the hotel guests. This is a hands-on role that provides direct contact with guests and the opportunity to develop your managerial skills in interactions with both guests and colleagues. The Place Our client is part of a luxury hotel group. This property is a recently refurbished grade II listed country house hotel with 70 bedrooms on the outskirts of Worcester. Have the ability to establish rapport and deliver high standards of service with a genuine and approachable manner is essential. Have previous experience in a similar environment. Demonstrate dedication, motivation and positivity. Be flexible to cover shifts as required As the hotel is located in a rural location outside of Worcester, having your own reliable transport is essential if not living in.
