Salary: £26K-£30K annual depending on experience Service Charge Location: Southampton Company: Blue Jasmine Job Type: Restaurant Manager Hours: 48hr contract A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join the management team at our successful restaurant in Ocean Village, Southampton’s vibrant and bustling marina. Blue Jasmine will be a high-end restaurant, specialising in South East Asian cuisine, full of passion and desire to exceed guest expectations. We are looking for candidates who have good background in fine dining restaurants. Key requirements for this role: • Excellent service skills and experience, a natural ability to sell. • Good knowledge in fresh food operation with high quality standards. • Focused on delivering an excellent guest experience with a strong presence on the floor and have a keen eye for details. • Experience in fine dining restaurants delivering excellence at all times. • Passion for wine and good understanding of wine pairing. • Working closely with the General Manager ensure the smooth running of the business, targets and KPI’s are met. • Excellent communication skills, and the ability to work as a team member, leading the team by example at all times.
