Sous Chef – Contract Catering – Listed Country House Location: St Albans Salary: £32k My client is looking for an exceptional Sous Chef to help head up this busy, multi-functional Country House. We are looking for a Sous Chef who is super keen and has experience catering to a Rosette standard. This role will mainly focus on conferencing, but you will assist in the restaurant as and when needed. Experience in conferencing is desirable but not mandatory.
