Sous Chef – Restaurant – Crawley, Winchester A fantastic opportunity for a Sous Chef to join an independent Restaurant Brigade of Chefs serving local, fresh Hampshire Fare. With their profile expanding via trip advisor and word of mouth – this company is booming - they are interested in a Sous Chef with flare and passion to give the clients the food of Hampshire. You will be assisting the Head Chef with ensuring the smooth running of the busy Kitchen as well as the daily management tasks such as menu writing, safety and hygiene paperwork, ordering and control of stock.
