The management team is very eager to recruit a strong RGN Assistant manager to support the management team in the smooth running of this service. The home has made a difference to the lives of many individuals with specialist needs, including sensory complications, head injuries and palliative care. Alongside high care standards, the focus is on independent living which is helped by an excellent location for making the most of amenities. Our client is looking for a Senior Clinician who has the following experience:- Nursing Home Experience Excellent clinical knowledge Leadership skills A passion for nursing within a small environment Interest to progress in management We are looking for a candidate who has the following qualifications:- Registered General Nurse Ideally already has achieved NVQ 4 or willing to work towards this award Someone seeking to progress and make a difference The home is looking to pay £35,000 - £38,000 per annum for the successful candidate you will be contracted to 37.5 hours per week and your hours will be mainly supernumery. The main purpose of this role is to help support the management team - a friendly supportive well established team with good staff ratio.
