Children's Residential Support Worker About The Children's home Prospero Health & Social Care is recruiting for four residential Support Workers for an Ofsted 'Good' Children's Home in Kirklees The children's home is a 3 bedded home for children with EBD and challenging behaviours The position is permanent and offers ongoing career development . CONTRACT/POSITION DETAILS Location - Kirklees Position - Children's Residential Support Worker Type of work - Covering classes in absence of a Class Teacher Start date - ASAP Permanent Role Contract type - Permanent Full time £9.00 per hour £53 per sleep with 2 sleeps a week average Hours - 40 hours a week & 2 sleeps EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS Level 3 Children & Young people Previous experience working in a UK children's Home Up to date Safeguarding training TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO HEALTH & SOCIAL CARE , YOU MUST: Hold Right to Work in the UK Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application Provide two professional child related references If you would like to be considered for this role, please apply with a copy of your up to date CV.
