Shift Maintenance Engineer - Building Services - Enfield Up to £41,000 plus package Days & Nights 5:30am - 5:30pm This role is for a M&E engineer to undertake Reactive and Preventive maintenance duties within a busy environment, following KPI's and SLA's keeping in line with statutory requirements. The main duties of the engineer is to maintain, test and repair various plant, equipment and appliances dotted around the different environments that the building consists of electrical duties to Reactive work on HVAC Plant, AHU's, FCU's and others. Must be comfortable maintaining the following: Carrying out the servicing and repairs of electrical systems. Critical Plant, AHU Plant, Chillers and Cooling Towers all to be maintained and carry of planned checks Fault Finding, Motors and maintenance on Heavy Industrial kit / equipment Inspection and testing of electrical equipment. Identifying parts required to complete repairs as well as potential additional work. Requirements: You should have ideally completed a full apprenticeship or either has at least 5 years experience working within the industry. 17th / 18th edition Industry recognised qualifications will suffice for lack of apprenticeship.
