They now require an experienced Multi Trader to join their team to support their work in their specialist area. The main role of the Multi Trader is to provide a flexible and efficient range of property repair, maintenance and improvement works. It requires an individual who is competent in installation works covering multiple trade activity involved in the fitting of bathrooms. Key Tasks: Under take initial rip out of bathrooms or kitchens Make good walls to enable tiling which may include stripping of wallpaper as required. Carpentry works as needed for stud walls, bath panels, boxing in first fix etc. Carry out first fix plumbing to baths /basins/showers including installation of shower trays if required and wastes. Install bath /basin /showers /shower screens/radiators. Installation of vanity units /bath panels etc. Undertake any tiling works required. Decorating as and when required. Ensure removal of all rubbish created by works if required Carry out basic electric works when need e.g. connecting power showers, extractors and lighting Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work unsupervised Self-motivated An appreciation of customer service Organised Meticulous attention to detail Teamwork with the ability to work well with others Ability to make decisions Problem-solving and trouble shooting Qualifications, Experience and Skills: Essential: Relevant experience in a similar role Experience in installation of bathrooms In-depth knowledge of maintenance and repairs Excellent all round multi trader skills including electrics, plumbing, carpentry and decorating UK Driving licence
