Overview
Role: Director of Corporate Services Location: Lancashire Sector: Not-for-Profit/Public Salary: £81,000-£89,000 Benefits: 34 days leave (bank holidays), home working, flexible hours, 15.5% employer pension contribution My client are looking for a finance professional with an accounting background to manage their corporate services functions including; Finance, HR, Procurement, Legal, IT and Audit. Each area has a specialist Head of Service, so you will not need to be an SME in these areas. You will have 4 direct reports and the role will report directly in to the CEO. Essential skills: Finance background & qualified accountant Experience managing other business areas Experience delivering significant change in the face of resistance Leadership and ability to mentor Visionary thinking Strong presenter and communicator Desirable skills: Experience of digital transformation Agile working Project Management If this opportunity is of interest please apply to the advert.
