Overview

Warehouse Operative Pertemps in partnership with Tesco`s are looking for warehouse operatives for our site in Milton Keynes, Fenny Lock Fulfilment Centre, Bletcham Way Centre, MK11QA (Fenny Lock roundabout). Available shifts: 06:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00 (Available fixed and rotating shifts, and candidates need to be available for weekend work too) BASIC RATES: £9.06 – £11.06 OVERTIME RATES: £13.59 – £16.73 Basic rates depends on shift worked and includes weekend premiums. Overtime premiums starts after worked 37.5 hours. Pay Parity rates from 6th of April up to 8 weeks: Days - £9.27 Nights - £11.59 Weekend £11.59 Bank Holiday - £13.91 Overtime - £13.91 Pay Parity rates from 6th of April after 8 weeks: Days - £10.30 Nights - £12.88 Weekend £12.88 Bank Holiday - £15.45 Overtime - £15.45 MAIN DUTIES WILL INCLUDE: - Packing orders within set time frame ensuring all picking standards are met. - Working in a ambient environment, picking in cages on LLOP using arm mounted computer. - Using AMC scanners, LLOP trucks and cages to complete orders before transporting to loading bay. - Using manual handling best practices to lift up to 15 kilos as part of the picking process. - Products are grocery products. - Be flexible and committed to providing excellence in all aspects, with a keen eye for detail. - Be able to demonstrate a proactive approach when planning and be able to react positively to day to day challenges.
