Overview
This well established and successful company is looking for a German speaking candidate to join their loans team. Along with a salary of up to GBP30,000, they offer excellent working conditions and benefits that include 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, free parking, healthcare, a pension scheme. The role comes with fantastic prospects with the aim being to develop into a Loans Manager role. About the role: Working with the division dealing with clients in Germany, you will be providing day to day support to the loan administration team assisting in producing accurate calculations in order to generate Borrower/Lender communications. This role would allow someone to develop a fantastic career and offers the opportunity to develop into a Loan Manager role. Duties will include: Assisting with the management of the German loan portfolio. Assisting in boarding new loans onto the loan servicing system ready for checking and approval prior to progressing the loan into service. Providing help with system configuration for each loan General loans administration duties including preparation of draft billing notices/remittance reports, rate setting and maintenance of loan system Assisting with the preparation of payments from Borrowers Accounts and payments from the companys accounts to Lenders. Supporting the day-to-day activities of team to ensure accurate/timely delivery of services Skills and Experience Required: The ideal candidate will have fluent German language skills. A background in commercial real estate or possibly in banking, pensions, IFA, insurance, investment or other financial sector industry would be interesting as would a relevant degree in economics, business studies or maths. You will be comfortable using Word and Excel. You will have excellent numeracy skills and a strong eye for detail. This role is suited to someone who is looking to develop and further their career to a higher level. Due to the location, you realistically need your own transport to get to the office.
