Dutch Speaking Customer Service and Account Manager Juice Recruitment is excited to be working with a leading organisation, in their search for an experienced Dutch Speaking Customer Service and Account Manager to join their team based in Bristol city centre. The perfect candidate will be a motivated and an engaged individual who is fluent in Dutch and English, striving to not only achieve, but deliver the best customer service. Hours of work are Monday - Friday, between 8am and 6pm (flexible working available, 35 hours a week) The key responsibilities are Answering phone calls and dealing with emails from variety of Dutch customers Liaising with internal departments to deal with any queries Dealing with payment issues Ad hoc tasks as required In addition to the above responsibilities you will be supporting the wider team with any ad hoc tasks. The successful candidate will have experience in the following Speaking and writing in English and Dutch fluently and to a professional standard Working in a customer service/ account management environment A first-class telephone manner and a dedicated customer approach Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills The ability to work individually and as part of the team If you are interested in this role, please contact Tamar at Juice Recruitment today
