Self Employed EXPERIENCED Inventory Clerks Required As an inventory clerk you will: · Be based from home · Work using an iPad · Create and update inventories at the start of a tenancy to a detailed and high standard · Compile accurate reports at the end of tenancy · Meet with tenants, landlords, relocation agents and letting agents · Hand over and receive property keys on behalf of the agent/landlord Whether you are an experienced inventory clerk or new to the role we provide full training and support. You must have: · Excellent level English language · A good eye for detail · Reliable transport and full driving licence · A computer/laptop · A form of Sat Navigation for travel We are currently recruiting for full-time/part-time, Self-employed clerks in the following areas: · Bath (and surrounding areas) · Bristol (and surrounding areas) · Chippenham (and surrounding areas) Salary: Paid per job, the more you work the more you earn If you are interested in finding out more information about the roles available please submit your CV for consideration.
