C++ Software Engineer As the selected C++ Software Engineer, you’ll join a fast-paced, truly expert and collaborative team where you’ll work on the development of complex wireless and network technology. This is a great opportunity for an Engineer wanting to grow their experience in highly performant software solutions. The successful candidate will enjoy working within small teams on the leading edge and be able to innovate and deliver in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities for the role of C++ Software Engineer will include: Contributing to the design, architecture, implementation and evolution of systems to keep it performant, scalable, flexible and maintainable as software requirements evolve. Estimating timescales based on an outline of the implementation and then developing and delivering quality software to those timescales. Support quality - oriented activities necessary to deliver a product that will delight our customers. As the selected C++ Software Engineer, your skills and experience should include: Strong C++ programming experience within a Linux environment. Strong logical and analytical skills. Ability to innovate and think “outside the box”. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work closely with others in a dynamic, multi-discipline team. Demonstrated ability to respond to tight deadlines in a dynamic environment. Desirable Skills / skills you can develop within the role C# programming. Python programming. Network applications. Real-time systems. Building, configuring and maintaining Linux OS. Virtualized environments - cloud, hypervisor, docker.
