Overview
Electrician (Commercial) - Teesside Meridian Business support is currently recruiting for commercial Electricians based on Teesside. Role: This is an ongoing temporary position. The successful applicant will be working on commercial refurbishment and maintenance projects. Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems while observing all statutory and legal requirements. Run tests on electrical components to ensure a safe and effective installation. Inspecting electrical systems and equipment for damage, malfunctions, and safety hazards Fault finding and diagnosis. Review maintenance work orders and ensure all requirements/preparations are fully undertaken before commencing work. Requirements: Applicants should be a competent in the following: Installing all types of containment and cabling. Installation and maintenance of lighting and wiring systems. Switch gears & Distribution boards. General 2nd fix duties. Ensure all electrical work meets the standard required by the client. JIB card is essential CSCS card and IPAF would be beneficial.
