Company Profile: A well-established business are now seeking an enthusiastic individual to join their Technical Support team to support their customers with their specialist technology. You will need to have some demonstrable technical experience and aptitude to be able to pick up their technology quickly and provide handle technical queries. Full training and excellent development opportunities provided Job Title: Helpdesk Administrator Salary: £18,000-20,000 per annum Location: Watford Contract: Permanent Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5.30pm Job Duties: Technical understanding of products & software Provide exceptional technical support via phone, e-mail and live chat Prepare products orders and shipments Maintain customer database Upsell new products to existing clients Attend exhibitions & events Manage projects and tasks Skills/Experience Required: Demonstrable technical aptitude Some technical support experience (1 year ideal) Passionate about learning new technology Good PC literacy including preparing presentations Great attitude and work ethic Should you be short listed for this position, a member of the Smart10 team will be in touch with you soon.
