Overview
I am currently representing a client for a really exciting opportunity. I am seeking an experienced Hotel Financial Controller who can work alongside the Directors and the senior operations team of the group, to produce timely and accurate financial information. I am looking for candidates with a flexible outlook to assist rapid company growth on varied projects THE CANDIDATE An experienced Hotel Financial Controller, with experience of all size and style properties Passionate about delivery of accurate results in a timely manner Can motivate and lead through example with ability to develop relationships within the direct management team, hotels and stakeholders and add value to the on-site hotel teams Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and deliver Demonstrable skills and qualifications to a senior management level, for example the ability to feel comfortable attending senior stakeholder meetings with the company Directors will be crucial THE ROLE You will be responsible for assisting with core business markets: New hotel acquisition feasibilities/ business plan projections Hotels needing support and changes Our ongoing management contracts All management accounts, overseeing each site Implementation of reports and controls at property level Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts Weekly flash revenue & KPI results Controlling costs through a purchase order system Assisting the operational team with feasibility and business plan projections Managing and motivating the finance teams on property This is an exciting and unique opportunity for the right candidate to grow with the business, and a competitive remuneration package will be offered to the right individual. National travel will be necessary on a regular basis for this role - you can therefore be based nationally.
