RECOVERIES AND LEGAL EXEC WITH ASSET FINANCE EXPERIENCE £50,000 plus bonus of c£10,000 City of London This is a superb opportunity for an experienced Recoveries and Legal Executive to join one of the UK's most respected providers of Asset Finance in a responsible and very interesting role. Supporting their Legal Director, your responsibilities will include; taking recoveries cases to legal action, preparing CC claims, managing undefended claims and working closely with the Asset Finance portfolio manager on selected arrears cases to determine recovery strategy. Strong Asset Finance experience in a similar Recoveries related role is essential, as is the desire to be a key player within a medium sized but highly progressive company where the scope for career development is excellent.
