In this role, you will be tailor-making dream itineraries to perfectly match the needs of each and every customer. If you have a passion for customer service and a natural flair for sales led through service, then look no further JOB DESCRIPTION: Offering exceptional service to customers face to face, over the phone, and via email Demonstrated history of going above and beyond to create memorable customer experiences Tailor-making dream itineraries to perfectly match the needs of each and every customer Sharing knowledge gained from your own travel experiences to guide customers on their own journeys Converting quotes into confirmed bookings, and consistently working to exceed sales targets Ensuring your product and brand knowledge are up to date, whilst having in-depth knowledge of the company's destinations Establishing and maintaining relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and overall loyalty Being a self-motivated, adaptable, and flexible team player who constantly strives to do their best THE PACKAGE: Competitive starting salary of up to £19,000 (depending on experience) Uncapped commission with some amazing company benefits A friendly, fun, and close-knit team to be a part of An excellent and in-depth training programme Potential for educational trips and FAMILS INTERESTED?
