Overview
Our Client are a Firm of Chartered Accountants in Rugeley and are looking to recruit a qualified (ACA or ACCA) accountant who MUST have (or have previously had) experience of working in a Firm of Chartered Accountants. Reporting to the Senior Partner you will be responsible for your own portfolio of Clients and with the assistance of book keeping staff, produce final accounts for entities including, sole traders, partnerships, limited companys, charities including computation of SA and Corporation tax. The Firm is quite small, so the job would probably suit somebody who is hands on, and will therefore be more likely to be an individual who has worked in a small to medium sized Firm. possibly as a Senior. This will give you plenty of variety and autonomy, so you will also need to be a self starter. Ideally the salary will be between £30000 to £35000 but in the case of an exceptional candidate there is an opportunity for that person to fall into the salary bracket of £35000 to £40000 DoE Finally the culture being a small Firm is very relaxed, and could include the opportunity to work from home on certain pre-ordained days each week/flexible starting and finishing times, so if you are looking for a better work/life balance why not send us your CV today
