Overview
Contract Manager/Supervisor Setsqaure Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a large public sector landlord based in North Devon. They would like to appoint an experience Manager who has demonstrable knowledge and experience of managing a mixture of direct labour as well as specialist sub contractors, while overseeing the delivery of the repairs and maintenance of housing stock across the North Devon geographical patch. Experience and an understanding of cost as well as managing budgets would be advantageous, as well as liaising with customers also. The role is being offered as a secure permanent position and is available to start as soon as possible. The company have innovative policies regarding the environment. With this in mind, they would like to appoint someone with in a certain catchment area between Mid & North Devon if possible.
