Overview

To become established in a company that will help you grow? Our client is looking for a Trainee/Junior Customer Service Executive to work in the city of London. You will be working for one of the largest Virtual Data Rooms (VDR) in the UK that provide an online repository of data You will be responsible for: - Interact by phone, email, or in person, to consult and advertise clients on workflow and project process - Provide superior online training and customer support to new and existing customers - Daily host and be responsible for multiple online client training - Effectively anticipate and identify clients needs - Flexible to work night shifts Skills & experience: - Must be able to be fluent in either Italian, German, Spanish or French, in-addition to English (Written & Oral) - Customer Service Experience in B2B, ideally in the software/IT industry - Ability to listen and understand client's needs - Must be accurate, professional and literate - Ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks Randstad Business Support acts as an employment business when supplying temporary staff and as an employment agency when introducing candidates for permanent employment with a client.
