CNC Turner Programmer Setter Operator - Days - £18ph - Worthing Our client is a large well-established engineering business that specialise in the design and manufacture of complex components using a large variety of materials into industries such as Aerospace, Defence, Oil&Gas and Medical. They supply these components to clients all over the world and have a great reputation for providing a fast but quality service from start to finish. Due to the industries they supply in to they work to the highest quality standards and tolerances. Our client is always investing back into the business with the latest machinery and technology and because of this are now looking for an experienced CNC Sliding head Turner to join their team. To be considered for this role you must: Ideally be Apprentice Trained / Time Served Have a strong CNC Turning background of at least 3 years Have strong Sliding head lathe experience (Essential) Be able to Program directly with Fanuc controls Strong Setter Operators will be considered Having previous continuous improvement and lean manufacturing experience is a huge advantage This is a standard day shift role which includes an early finish on Fridays and is paying up to £18ph depending on your previous experience and skills. Our client has said that should you wish to work shifts there are many available as well as good overtime so there is great earning potential in this role. The client is very forward thinking and career progression is also possible for the right candidates.
