The Role As an Agile Business Analyst, you will be responsible for the identification and creation of BA Solutions in an Agile / Scrum Environment. You will be contributing and helping to formulate new IT strategy and the associated systems required to improve across the businesses productivity and profitability. Key responsibilities Working closely with Product Managers and Scrum teams to prepare BA solutions Identify and design innovative BA Solutions Use of BA Techniques when problem solving and eliciting user stories from Business Reps Supporting the IT Scrum Delivery Team - identify stakeholders, support researchers, support defect management, support Scrum Masters etc. Proxy Product owner responsibilities - structure BA techniques, prioritise / manage product backlog, User Stories etc. Skills and Experience required Demonstrable Senior level BA Experience Strong experience with Agile when working with Scrum teams.
