You’ll be working closely with senior management and acting as a trusted advisor to your portfolio. Acting as a business advisor, you will actively contribute towards the success of your clients business. Your responsibilities will include: • Leading and executing audits and other assurance engagements from planning to completion under UK GAAP • Building strong relationships with your clients and ensuring that a quality service is delivered • Developing and coaching trainee accountants so that they become accomplished business advisors You’re likely to be degree educated, and to have completed or be in the latter stages of completing ACA or ACCA, though I’m also keen to speak to strong audit professionals who don’t necessarily fit this mould.
