A well-known, national company, based in Sheffield are looking for a Finance Manager to join their stable team. This company already boast an impressive position within their market and this does not seem to be slowly down any time soon. This company are looking for an individual who has experience within a large, fast paced organisation, who can line manage an accounts assistant. As part of the finance team you will be reporting to the Contract Commercial Manager as well as the General Manager. As part of the role you will be responsible for the following duties; Day to day running of the Finance and Payroll departments Preparation of high-quality key financial information for internal and external customers Communicate key performance targets, contractual requirements and benefits of change Responsible for the Annual Budgets and Forecasting key stakeholders Ensure audits are in line with policies and procedures Develop and maintain a motivated team Responsible for driving commercial and financial performance This fantastic company are looking for ideally a Part Qualified/Qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA individual who has a proven track record of management skills.
