My client in Leeds are looking for a Recruitment Consultant with 1 years experience that has knowledge of recruiting within the executive search market and is able to hit the ground running. Although you will have experience already, my client prides themselves in offering on going support and training throughout your career no matter what stage you are at. They are offering you - Work from home and flexibility options if you have commitments Training and development scheme - classroom style training to begin with, 1 on 1 training with both directors, continuous guidance and support throughout your career Work as a team in the office - share candidates, vacancies and clients - the commission works on splitting the fee dependent on how much work each consultant has put in Warm desks and live vacancies to be filled when you start.
