Overview
Futureheads have recently partnered with an independent tech consultancy, who build a range of modern products for clients across both the public and private sector. As a business that has grown organically over the last decade, they now have an established team of over 80 and offer a truly agile transformation service for their clients. At this time, and despite the ongoing circumstances, they are in a position to continue pressing on with hiring and are looking for a talented Java Developer. This role would suit a strong backend java specialist who possesses excellent SQL knowledge and can apply this on a range of different projects. With several established clients utilising this tech, this role will play a valuable part in the team and require someone with a collaborative attitude and keen focus on implement best practice and processes. To be considered for this role you will need to be able to display knowledge of the following: Modern Java development, including frameworks and libraries. SQL and its variation among other databases. Version control tools such as Git, SVN or similar. Agile experience e.g. Scrum or Kanban This opportunity is looking for someone to start as soon as possible, with remote interviewing and onboarding already in place to ensure a smooth transition.
