Contract Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer - Electrical & Mechanical Harrogate area, 12 hour shifts days and nights Food Manufacturing Due to a busy period, we are seeking 2 Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineers to work in a high speed/ volume-manufacturing environment in the Harrogate area. The company will be seeking a permanent member of staff long term so this may be a great opportunity to secure yourself a permanent role long termYou would join a great team of established and highly skilled maintenance engineers working on a 12-hour shift pattern including days and nights: Undertaking service and maintenance in line with the PPM schedule Undertaking both planned and preventative maintenance Attending breakdowns Maintaining, servicing, fault finding, and repairing automated equipment Undertaking improvements projects to increase machine efficiencies and output Reporting on potential breakdowns, maintenance issues, equipment performance, and plant data Effectively handing over to the next maintenance shift As the Electrical / Mechanical Maintenance Engineer you will: Be happy to undertake multi-skilled engineering tasks Ideally, have an electrical bias Have a can-do attitude Be flexible in your approach to work and colleagues Be a good team player Be happy to take on additional training and development Have confident mechanical fitting knowledge Ideally, have had some exposure to fault finding using PLC's A logical approach to fault-finding Possess excellent diagnostic skills Be familiar with working to planned and preventative maintenance schedules Call Yasemin on 01423 530138 Travail on Travail has been established since 1977 and has over 30 branches nationwide.
