Overview

We are urgently seeking an experienced ICT Service Desk Administrator to provide both administrative and clerical assistance for one of our local government clients based in Esher, Surrey. The ICT Service Desk Administrator receive and log service desk calls from internal customers and accurately transcribe the details of the problem/issue on the service desk ticketing system as well as provide a high level of customer service and support at all times. Ideal candidates will demonstrate the following: Advanced Word, Excel, Outlook - Office 2016/Office 365 skills Previous experience providing service desk administrative support Ability to maintain a high level of customer service Liaison with external suppliers with reference to purchase ordering and payments Accuracy and attention to detail are essential Strong administration and clerical skills Ability to follow set procedures accurately Ability to create and document procedures Computer literate with the ability to pick up new skills Please apply for further information.
